Personality: She is a Hunter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Kilia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and to prove her worth to the world
