History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Vanchu grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To protect his home; and to clean up the streets

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy blonde stubble. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. She has a hunchback. She has blonde hair. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. A true patriot, Gurdis would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Einkil is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and to be a bellfounder again
