Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Mugrunden has worked very hard to control his curse. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oppah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oppah. She now owns her own business.
