History: Ovak was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

History: She was born into a rich family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. After months of barely getting by, Joan managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in John's homeland. John decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new merchant responsibilities is difficult

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered dancing. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
