History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Mastema wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part...
