History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He sports a flattop hair cut. His hazel eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: To be a Shepherd again; and seeks redemption

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Gormogord was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and wants to work out more often

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a white coat over a yellow low-cut shirt, and a top hat upon his head. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy white stubble. She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She has a hunchback. Her white hair is unkempt and raggedy. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
