History: Born in the east to a Carter, Percival learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After months of barely getting by, Kelter managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
