History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Tarhun never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
