History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Masseuse mother left him crippled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has decided he is irredeemable
