Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. After a long history of fighting, Joan and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids; and many illithids want her driven away

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She takes great joy in being the best Adventurer in town.

History: Akta was born with her mother's beautiful face. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Akta never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Adventurer responsibilities is difficult; and expand her business

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Chaedi learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her psionic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she has money and likes to spend it
