Description: An older man who dresses like a well dressed Roofer does, he is not a threatening figure. His crest, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He is baby faced.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Salasar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Salasar. He has worked as a Roofer like his father before him.
