History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying east to reunite his family. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Balimaar was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it
