Description: An older man who wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his chestnut hair up. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lamlis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
