History: Osco hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
