History: Ilanis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her youth she was a Miner, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger brother on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Waywocket grew up listening to her father's many stories. She found a children's book about a Gnome Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature nunchaku.
