History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Nija was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bilbron isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. Bilbron is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Herbalist, but he was a colossal failure. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
