History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Shadow lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.

History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her parents enrolled her in a Adept school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She became a Carter soon after.
