Her hair is brown and curly. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jacoba embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Jacoba was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Vicky studied abroad. A freak accident while working with her Actor father left her crippled. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Junk Dealer, but he got bored and became a Mason. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Halander was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Halander was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
