History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cumpen grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Server arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Purson was taken on many hunting expeditions. After coming to the age of reason, Purson took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
