History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nala was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Crampernap's homeland. Crampernap decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Naill liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naill fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
