History: Cecily was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and seeks redemption

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Barkeep job and began her own company from there.
