Personality: Dee is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
