History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. River was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Thervan lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Her hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small red clips. Her eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Gynnie was born the youngest of three triplets. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His black hair is singed and shortened. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Koth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Koth was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Interpreter. After a long history of fighting, Koth and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Map Maker.
