History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the east. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Outside of the suit she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. She has done her best to style her black hair to look like a famous performer. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: This woman loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Matilda was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Description: A middle-aged man, he is dressed in a clean white cloak covering his clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

History: She was born in a small desert village. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Soveliss was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Sage. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
