History: Fallthra lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: Bernard was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his son

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by orcs in a raid when she was still a young child. The orcs captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
