History: Gifted from a young age, Rhogar studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
