History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has achieved small success as a Doctor.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she wants revenge against brigands
