Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Urshar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
