History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her first spouse was a Fortune-teller, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now mingles about in high society.

Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Ulla was born with her father's beautiful face. Ulla liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
