Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Zagga was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and money/treasure

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She has wavy auburn hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are green.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Matilda will drive conversation. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She found a children's book about a Human Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest woman in the south

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants. His hair is long and black with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. He has green eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He tends to his Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to clean up the streets

Description: An older man who has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe, he is not a threatening figure. He keeps his auburn hair in a flapper bob. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Gifted from a young age, Pallabar studied abroad. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pallabar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
