History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Doctor, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
