Her actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as she answers to a power that mortal women fail to acknowledge.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nedda never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Laucian is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Barkeep arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Barkeep. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
