Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Avice was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
