Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Leaf enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Leaf was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Leaf's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Leaf and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. Shava is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Shava was born the youngest of three triplets. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Ovina was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She wants revenge against giants.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nalral is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bookbinder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has all her life been fascinated with music.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has never given up on her music dream.
