Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He wears a colorful flower in his blonde hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Seamstress, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: She prefers to wear flannel. Her beige fur, when down, is lengthy. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Jade wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Description: This man stands a little under 4'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a morningstar, but if one is not available he will default to his whip. His black hair is long and unkept. He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
