Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was raised in a forest tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Abad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Abad was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Abad's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Abad and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Meriele enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Meriele was born the youngest of three triplets. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
