Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. A true patriot, Beiro would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Beiro was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared.
