Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Umpen does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Umpen was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants to get laid; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: The child of a Bookbinder, who enjoyed hunting, Leucis was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
