History: Born in the north to a Cook, Shifting learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dalgal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dalgal. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
