History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ida was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Stylist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Katherine never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.
