History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her black fur is thinning but still full. She has green eyes and a pastel hat with a yellow feather.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Art was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Art grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Art. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and she has decided she is irredeemable

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears dark leathers with embroidery. He keeps his long red fur kept up in a rat tail. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tabaxi in existence. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. He sports a flattop crest cut. His gold eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing singing.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

History: Burgell was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
