Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. The war was a terrible time for her, and Wella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Wella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and to be a ploughman again

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Beggar. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Zephan and his spouse have recently divorced.
