History: He comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Nella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Philomena was born with her father's beautiful face. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Performer. She has achieved small success as a Performer.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Through the years after Mary was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Mary's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
