History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. A gifted student he started as a Marshal, but he got bored and became a Spice Merchant. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balimaar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balimaar. After months of barely getting by, Balimaar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
