Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his scimitar. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Body Guard arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is greedy

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears a red shirt with thin tan vertical stripes and grey pants. Her chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
