History: Bertram was born the youngest of three triplets. Bertram was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Beggar. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Bernard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Human Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her eyes are brown and beady.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Katherine was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shipwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

She is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around her ears. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: Shautha is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Shautha was born the youngest of three triplets. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
