Description: She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her club with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly clubs and swords. She has a very tight haircut. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: Nora was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nora took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up club and armor she uses now. Being a Tanner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Through the years after Helgret was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Helgret's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Helgret and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She has worked as a Carter like her mother before her.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Laborer profession.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Pyntle grew up listening to her mother's many stories. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is wearing a long, white cloak. His silver hair is lengthy. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Oren liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor
