Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Kellen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Brewer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Az-Bror was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Spice Merchant and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and her religion dominates her actions
