History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Názkûga grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Názkûga. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

History: Waywocket lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Doctor, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
