History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Brakka was a troubled youth. Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Umpen is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
